Return Definition:
A return is defined as the action of giving back the item(s) purchased by the customer to us.
Customers may request a return under the following circumstances:
- Lost mangoes During Transit: The mango(s) is/are lost or mangoes are missing.
- Damaged mangoes: As explained above.
- Defective mangoes: Only If more than 10% mangoes are defective or rotten from inside.
- If you receive a delivery of damaged or spoiled mangoes, please share the photos / video of all the spoilt/rotten mangoes to us within 2 days of receipt of shipment.
- It will then be investigated by us. If found to be right we will connect with you to send a free replacement of the number of spoilt/rotten mangoes (as in images shared) in the subsequent order.
- In case of spoilt/rotten mangoes, we will provide a maximum replacement of on and above 6 spoilt mangoes only, subject to our investigation. Shipping cost will be charged extra. No replacement below 10% spoilt mangoes.
- The actual weight of the mango is always measured in its raw condition. As the mango starts ripening, its weight slightly decreases by 35 to 40 grams due to natural moisture loss. So, please refrain from raising any concerns regarding weight differences, as this slight reduction is a natural process during ripening.
4. If any of the above cases apply, we may reship them or provide refund for missing/damaged/defective mangoes based on the customer's preference.
5. Please Note: We encourage customers to review the product listing carefully before making a purchase decision. If the customer orders an incorrect item, we shall not be entitled to any return or refund.
6. Customer complaints about shape / colour / texture / taste / sweetness: If the customer raises any of these concerns regarding mangoes, we shall not be entitled to any return or refund.
7. Overripe mangoes due to incorrect method of mango procurement - After receiving the mangoes ideally the customer should keep all mangoes spread on the hey grass at open space to let them ripe naturally and avoid keeping them within the box. Failing to which if mangoes get blackened or overripe due to their incorrect procuring or sheer negligence, we shall not be entitled to any return or refund.
Return Process
- Timeframe for Return Requests:
- Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours from the time of delivery for any missing or damaged and defective mangoes only after cutting them.
Refund Process
- Refund Processing:
- Once the return is accepted by the farmer, the refund will then be credited to the customer's account within 7 to 10 working days through the original payment method, such as Gpay or net banking, based on the transaction.
- Charges:
- The charges displayed in the email include the cost of the mangoes and the service fee for payment. Facilitation, taxes, export fees and shipping fees (only for International orders) will be levied separately and are not part of the refund unless explicitly stated across India and abroad (free transportation only within Mumbai)
Octroi Charges:
- Octroi charges (local tax) may be levied on all outstation orders. These charges are non-refundable and must be borne by the customer.
- In case of order cancellation, the Octroi charges will not be refunded.

- We shall not be held liable for any delay or non-delivery of goods due to natural calamities or circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for any violation of local or international laws that may be incurred during your visit or transactions.
