A) Cancellation by Customer:
- Cancellation Before Shipment:
- Customers may cancel their order free of charge if the product has not been shipped from our warehouse. To cancel an order before shipment, please contact us immediately at 9152831755 or email cchinttamani.ddesai@gmail.com
- In such cases, a 100% refund of the amount paid will be processed.
- Cancellation After Shipment:
- We don’t entertain any such cancellation after despatch due to perishable nature of mangoes.
- Octroi Charges: If octroi (local tax) was paid by the courier service during the delivery process and the order is canceled, the customer will be responsible for any octroi charges for both the original delivery and the return shipment.
B) Cancellation by Us:
We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
- Non-serviceable Pin Code: If the delivery address is in a location we do not service, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
- Limitations on Quantities Available for Purchase: If the order exceeds the available stock or is in violation of purchase limits, we will cancel or adjust the order accordingly.
- Inaccuracies or Errors in Product or Pricing Information: If there are errors or inaccuracies in the product details, including pricing, product description, or images, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify the customer of the correction.
- Quality Complaints About farmer: If we receive complaints regarding the quality of the mangoes from the farmer, we may cancel the order to protect the customer’s interests and quality standards.
- Problems Identified by Our Quality Assurance Team: If our quality assurance team identifies any issues with a specific batch, we reserve the right to cancel or recall the order to ensure only the best products are delivered.
- Issues Identified by Our Credit and Fraud Avoidance Department: If our fraud detection system flags any suspicious activity or risks associated with an order, it may be canceled for security reasons.
- Fraudulent Transactions: If a fraudulent address is detected or if there are suspicious transactions involving a credit card, debit card, Net Banking, e-wallet, or any bank account, the order will be canceled, and legal action may be pursued.
- Incorrect or Fake Address Provided by the Customer: If the customer provides a wrong or fake delivery address, the order will be canceled, and a refund may be issued after deducting applicable cancellation fees.
In the event that we cancel an order under any of these conditions, we will notify the customer promptly, and any amounts paid will be refunded based on the cancellation terms.
c) Damaged or Defective mangoes:
- If mangoes are damaged upon delivery:
- Do not accept the shipment only if it arrives with 25% or more damaged mangoes from outside, refuse the shipment with the courier. Those damaged mangoes must be returned immediately.
- Please inform us immediately at 9152831755 or email cchinttamani.ddesai@gmail.com about the damage. We will arrange for a free replacement, after necessary verification.
- Please ensure that the original packing and the shipment should be returned with the damaged mangoes. We will provide free replacement after receiving them.
- Please note that no such replacement will be entertained if only the outer box is damaged even slightly or majorly during transit due to careless manhandling by respective loader / courier person; it has to be mangoes only.
